How Gorilla Planner works with Adroa Travels
Gorilla Planner publishes comparison, permit, visa, safety, and safari guidance so travelers can get the research side straight before entering a sales conversation. We do not operate tours, take deposits, or hold inventory ourselves.
Adroa Travels is the current local operator we use when a traveler wants the next layer: permit handling, route-building, lodge sequencing, and local logistics shaped into a workable Uganda or Rwanda trip.

2. You send a trip brief
You tell us your dates, budget, traveler count, and whether the trip is mainly gorillas, safari, chimpanzees, or a combination.
3. Gorilla Planner hands off the request
Suitable Uganda and Rwanda requests currently go to Adroa Travels first, not to a broad anonymous marketplace or rotating operator list.
4. Adroa prices the workable trip
If your request is workable, Adroa can turn it into a real itinerary with permits, transfers, and lodges in a sensible order, then explain the next booking steps. Any booking relationship is directly with the operator.
When Adroa Travels is a strong fit
- You already understand the broad trip logic and now need a realistic route and quote.
- You want a Uganda-first gorilla trip with permit coordination and local logistics.
- You are combining gorilla trekking with Queen Elizabeth, Kibale, or another Uganda safari leg.
- You want one operator to turn a Uganda-Rwanda concept into a priced, workable route.
When this route may not be the best fit
