How the Gorilla Planner and Adroa Travels handoff works
Gorilla Planner publishes comparison, permit, visa, safety, and safari guidance. We do not operate tours or take bookings ourselves.
Adroa Travels is the local operator we currently use when a traveler wants on-the-ground help turning a Uganda or Rwanda plan into a workable route with permits, transfers, and lodges lined up.

What happens after you submit a request
1. You send a trip brief
You tell us your dates, budget, number of travelers, and whether the trip is mainly gorillas, safari, or a combination.
2. Gorilla Planner routes the lead
We currently send suitable Uganda and Rwanda requests to Adroa Travels instead of spreading the lead across a broad operator list.
3. Adroa shapes the route
The operator can turn the planning logic into a practical trip structure, especially around permits, road transfers, lodge sequence, and cross-border timing.
4. Any booking is directly with the operator
If you decide to proceed, the commercial relationship is between you and Adroa Travels or any operator explicitly presented to you for the trip.
When Adroa Travels is a strong fit
- You want a Uganda-first gorilla trip with permit coordination and local logistics.
- You are combining gorilla trekking with Queen Elizabeth, Kibale, or another Uganda safari leg.
- You want a Uganda-Rwanda route built from one regional operating base.
